2. Services

Ninja Sidekicks provides done-for-you services including, but not limited to:

→ Systems, CRM, and automation setup

→ AI integrations and workflows

→ Website, funnel, and technical implementation

→ Branding and creative execution

→ Launch and onboarding support

→ White-label delivery and ongoing support

All services are provided based on the scope agreed in writing with the client.

3. No Guarantees

While we aim to deliver high-quality work and reliable execution, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, or business performance.

Results depend on factors outside our control, including client input, implementation, market conditions, and decision-making.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

→ Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

→ Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals

→ Ensure they have the legal right to use any content or data provided

→ Use all deliverables responsibly and lawfully

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect timelines.

5. Payments & Fees

→ Fees are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing

→ Payment terms are outlined in proposals or invoices

→ Work may not begin until payment (or agreed deposit) is received

→ Late payments may result in paused services

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

→ All deliverables become the client’s property once full payment has been received

→ Ninja Sidekicks retains the right to reuse non-confidential knowledge, processes, and experience

White-label work remains confidential and will not be publicly attributed.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of working together.

Additional confidentiality obligations may apply under a separate NDA where relevant.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

→ Ninja Sidekicks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

→ Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreed proposal or service agreement.

Upon termination:

→ Outstanding invoices remain payable

→ Access to systems or deliverables may be restricted if payment is outstanding

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

→ Use this website for unlawful purposes

→ Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

→ Attempt to disrupt or compromise the website or its security
